We liaise and co-ordinate with the architect, structural engineer and interior designer to make the project as stress free and simple as possible. Once the plans have been submitted, a fully written estimate outlining all labour costs and materials together with a time frame will be provided.

Loft Conversions

From the initial design, planning, through to certification of the finished project, Mark Cox and his team work in collaboration with architects, surveyors, structural engineers and local authority building control so that the project is completed on time and to budget. The most important thing is that your new conversion will perform the function that you need it to – creating a further space for you to enjoy whilst adding value to your home.

Refurbishments/Conversions

Home refurbishments require careful planning. Whether you want to improve where you live, are looking to rent out or sell, we will inspect the property and provide you with a fully written estimate outlining all the works, labour and materials plus timescale involved. Kitchen Installations

If your room is small, galley, L-shaped, U-shaped or large enough for an island unit, Mark Cox and his team work in partnership with many kitchen designers and suppliers and together with our qualified and registered team will provide a complete installation service. This includes any structural alterations, electrics, plumbing, tiling right through to final decoration, leaving you a kitchen that you can be proud to entertain in.

Bathrooms

In the same way that a kitchen has become a multi-tasking space, contemporary bathrooms often have to be a practical family space as well as somewhere to relax and unwind.  So whether it’s traditional, contemporary, spa-style, or hotel glamour you like, Mark Cox and his team offer a complete bathroom installation service, liaising and co-ordinating with designers, plumbers and electricians to create the bathroom you desire.  All our contractors are registered and qualified NICEI/NAPIT and Gas Safe registered.

Public Sector

Mark Cox Developments Ltd is familiar with the procurement process when bidding for Public Sector projects, and is aware of the importance placed on compliance with areas such as health and safety, certification and licensing, and environmental regulations. Projects include several schools in the London Borough of Richmond, Kingston and recently London borough of Ealing where Mark and his team converted an old Salvation Army building into a specialist school for Autistic children (see here for project).

Architects

We work closely with every architect at the start of each project. Once the design brief, detailed drawings and specification have been prepared, Mark Cox and his qualified team of builders will make sure the project is constructed in line with the drawings and specifications, and is carried out to a high standard. Once work has been completed, we will follow up with the architect and client. We have worked with architects who specialise in conservation, traditional and contemporary design, sustainable design and technical writing.
